Weigh In
Well, I gained weight this week. Just goes to show you never know what your body is going to do. I ran 6 out of 7 days and still gained weight. If there is one thing I know is when working out you will have peaks and valleys at the start. It takes a few weeks for you body to adjust and during this time is when most people give up. I plan to "run" on with my workouts, and hopefully I will have better news next week.

one thing that helped me was cutting down/out red meat and bread, chips, and stuff that is made from wheat or corn. just idea that helped me loose 40 pounds in the last few months
