Time of Day

You are 11:59 a.m.
You are late-sleepy relaxation, the half-awake moment when you realize it's morning, but you don't have to get up, because there's no place you have to be. You are that cozy spot under the covers where everything feels temporarily perfect, even if you know you'll eventually have to wiggle out and start the day. Maybe you're the artistic type, who doesn't function well on a normal schedule. Sleep's important to you, and you like the freedom of sleeping as late as you want (especially since that is closely related to the freedom to stay up as late as you want). You like to roll out of bed, put on some comfy clothes, and get a laid back start to the day. If not everything on your list gets accomplished, no worries. Your only priority is having no priorities ? you just want to take things at a slow, mellow pace.

My Day

We started pretty early this Saturday morning. Since the house we are moving into is smaller than the house we live in now we decided to donate some of our things. We gave a couch and a coffee table to our youth group at church. Today was also Angel Food Ministries day at church. We volunteer and help our give out the food, which began at 8. We drooped off the couch and table, then helped with the food. We then went to the grocery store and back home for some lunch. Not long after we arrived at home we had a phone call informing us that someone wanted to see our house. The house went on the market this past Thursday. Lucky for us we had a few hours before they wanted to see it, and we had some things to do in town.

Our first stop was at the hardware store to find some casters for the baby crib. The second stop was Baby-R's-Us to return some things and get some new things. We bought some really cute cloths and the base for our car seat to put in my truck. The third stop was Target to return some cloths and by a few things. Our fourth and finally stop was Sam's. We needed to be out of the house for two hours and we were gone for 2 and a half.

After getting everything unloaded I worked in they yard, mowing and trimming the bushes. I spent the rest of the day relaxing with my wonderful wife and dog. I am tried so I think I am off to bed.

Good Day

I started off today spending some time with my wife. We did not do much more than sit on the couch, but it was nice to just sit with her and relax. After that, I worked in the yard for about 2 hours. It was a really nice day today. Perfect weather for being outside. This afternoon, with the help of my Lana-in-law, we put together the pack-n-play and the crib for the baby. Both look really nice. Heather and her mom worked on a new cover for the changing table that looks really good. Spent the night relaxing and enjoying the time with family.

Finished

I had the last of my 3 interviews today. I think all 3 interviews went well, but of course I always think they could have been better. Now I just have to wait and see where God leads us. I should know by this weekend about 2 of the jobs. I am hopeful to have good news by the weekend, and not even have to worry about the last position. At least now I can get back in to a normal grove, and put my focus back on my classroom and my wife. Thanks for all your prayers.

Try to not get my hopes up the good thing is I should know in about a week if I got the job or not. Looking forward to going to my parents place this weekend and preparing for my next interview.
