I know it has been to long since my last post, but what can I say I'm busy. Part of my busyness is the six hours of graduate classes I am currently taking. For the most part they are okay, except for my Wednesday night class. I have come to hate my Wednesday night class. Even though I am learning some things it is just a beating to sit for three hours and doing almost all power point. The class is required by the state and every administrator has taken it. Just mention ILD and they should jump and run away. But like I said I am learning so it is not a waste of time, it is just hard time. Tonight however I had a rare treat. Our class let out about 40 minutes early so we would have the pleasure of hearing Dr. Michael Hinojosa, the current Dallas ISD Superintendent. As he pointed out he has been Superintendent for nine months, which is longer than the two previous Superintendents. Dallas ISD has had 7 Superintendents in the past 10 years and four of those years were taken my Dr. Moses so you can so the math. I really enjoyed listening to Dr. Hinojosa speak. Almost all that is ever said about DISD is negative, but I believe that given enough time and support Dr. Hinojosa will change that.

Anyway, I thought I would give all of you (all 3 of you) and update on what is going on in my life. Start track March 6th so I will be even busier, but such is life. I think I am earning my vacation this summer :)
